Crown College Online Program Along with Church-Based Experience Training
Crown College partners with local churches to provide residencies and practicums crafted in the church to develop young, emerging leaders who are exploring a call to long-term church ministry to provide holistic, customized leadership development.
Reach Training Institute exists to train pastors and international workers to be debt-free and field-ready. RTI is a hybrid model that allows students to earn a fully-accredited bachelor’s degree in a community-based environment.
Christ Community Church. Get two years of hands-on ministry experience and a fully funded master of arts degree from Crown College. There is focused leadership training, spiritual formation through a cohort experience, and mentoring by a seasoned ministry leader.
Located in suburban Wisconsin, you can gain experience in a large church setting while working on your ministry master’s degree.
Fairhaven offers a residency with a two-year leadership training program designed to provide hands-on experience working with one of our staff teams, personal mentoring, and leadership coaching to equip emerging church leaders for a lifetime of impactful ministry. The residency program has partnered with Crown College to allow each resident the opportunity to complete a master’s degree at no cost to them.
Receive 30 credit hours of theological education designed to help you meet the benchmarks of the C&MA licensing, ordination, and consecration process, and/or come for a two-year pastoral internship to be mentored while doing ministry in the context of the local church.

This course is designed to assist new and current leaders in an Alliance church setting to become grounded in local church leadership. Students will learn about biblical and pastoral leadership, Alliance church governance, and the theological foundations of the local church. They will also be introduced to the key beliefs and position of the Christian and Missionary Alliance and learn how the local church relates to the broader denominational family. Perfect for newly elected elders, governing board members, and leaders in training.

ALME
Alliance international workers on the clergy track will be required to complete a minimum of two years in Alliance Licensed Ministry Experience (ALME). During this season of preparation, workers are coached in the key competencies needed for effective cross-cultural ministry.

Alliance New England Residency
A Residency is an approach to develop aspiring pastors, providing a place where they can learn the art of pastoral ministry from inside of a healthy congregation and alongside a more experienced pastor. While most residents have been theologically and academically prepared for ministry by their education, their further development of leadership and ministry skills benefit greatly from hands-on experience and a close mentorship that can only come from inside a local church. Our goal is to enable new pastors to build skills and practices, both professional and personal, that will provide a foundation for fruitful and faithful service to the church in New England. Our pastoral residents participate in all aspects of congregational life, providing them experience in essential areas of pastoral leadership and the opportunity to better understand and utilize their unique skills and giftings for the Kingdom.
Church-Based Training Programs
This two-year residency is designed to give hands-on, practical ministry experience along with opportunities for spiritual formation and growth. Our goal is to raise up Spirit-dependent, servant leaders who God can use to impact His Kingdom, especially through vocational ministry. Our residency is especially helpful to those who are just exploring their call to ministry or who have a degree in a different field but are now feeling drawn to ministry.

The Riverside Church residency program, located in Michigan, isn’t about you filling one of our holes, but about us crafting an experience around who you are.
