- Discovering developing leaders in the church
- Developing their capacity for deeper life, evangelism, ministry, and leadership
- Deploying developed people and their gifts to the Church through church planting

Catalyzing Holy Spirit-empowered churches by:
- Equipping ministry leaders
- Assessing the level of church vibrancy and vitality
- Consulting with churches desiring a new ministry direction
- Transitioning well between pastoral changes

Providing loving, caring, and Christian solutions to the complex problems faced by diverse communities by:
- Sharing the conviction that all people from all walks of life are, above all else, God’s image bearers
- Following our Heavenly Father’s admonition to minister to immigrant populations and love the “alien” (Deut. 10:19)
- Endorsing initiatives that celebrate and support our multicultural family—including those for immigrant families arriving in the United States

The Alliance engages at the local church level first. Every local Alliance congregation is one of about 2,000 fellowships worshiping in 38 languages and dialects across the country.
