Located just outside Minneapolis, Minnesota, Crown College offers undergraduate education with a 50% discount for full-time, on-campus students in the Alliance family.

Crown’s online seminary programs are fully accredited by the Higher Learning Commission and hold Associate Membership with the Association of Theological Schools. These five 100% online graduate ministry degree programs are offered with a 25% discount for the Alliance family.

The Anchor Internship is a 9–12-month stipended opportunity for emerging leaders to get significant ministry experience alongside a dedicated leader. Interns can earn up to 12 credit hours of accredited in-person ministry education at Anchor School through our partnership with Crown College. As an Anchor Intern, you’ll experience growth in purpose and depth in community as your design, gifts, and story become part of bringing Jesus-centered hope to people across our city.

At Anchor School of Discipleship & Ministry you’ll be equipped for your calling in a community where you’re known and valued. Prepare to serve with The Alliance and beyond. This certificate series includes 10 professional development courses in seven instructor-led modules that run year-round. Fully online and affordably priced, you can apply up to 30 certificate credits toward an undergraduate degree at Crown College.

Fairhaven offers a residency with a two-year leadership training program designed to provide hands-on experience working with one of our staff teams, personal mentoring, and leadership coaching to equip emerging church leaders for a lifetime of impactful ministry. The residency program has partnered with Crown College to allow each resident the opportunity to complete a master’s degree at no cost to them.

Missio College exists to train pastors and international workers to be debt-free and field-ready. Missio is a hybrid model that allows students to earn a fully-accredited bachelor’s degree in a community-based environment.

Unleash Academy is a new hybrid college experience. Indiana Alliance Church has partnered with Crown College to bring both an online and in-person college experience to undergraduate students. This is a three-hour class once a week for 12 weeks. The program includes mentoring and paid internships within Indiana Alliance Church.

Receive 30 credit hours of theological education designed to help you meet the benchmarks of the C&MA licensing, ordination, and consecration process, and/or come for a two-year pastoral internship to be mentored while doing ministry in the context of the local church.

ACLD offers ministry training in English and Spanish. They offer both fully online accelerated cohort (two years) and self-paced options for education required to serve with The Alliance—training in Bible, theology, and ministry leadership with a practical focus. The Children’s Ministry Leadership Certificate

The Children’s Ministry Leadership Certificate (CMLC) is a 6-credit program designed to equip women and men to confidently lead a children’s ministry program in the local church. This program uniquely focuses on how ministry directed toward children in the local church can be theologically formed, safe, and practically carried out. This is a great course for children’s pastors, children’s ministry directors, or those who have a passion to work with kids at the local church level.

Envision is a community of leaders and environments committed to the identification and development of missional leaders. As a part of Alliance Missions and a staff around the world, Envision offers a variety of stateside and overseas opportunities for spiritual growth and leadership development. Programs include trips, residencies, and internships of varying lengths of time.

EquippingU is a collection of leadership tools designed specifically to equip Alliance pastors and leaders as they live spiritually healthy lives and successfully lead healthy C&MA churches.

Lead is a unique blend of online learning, retreats, practicums, relationships, readings, coaching, Scripture, and practicality. Lead seeks to create environments for the Holy Spirit to shape and equip you to be a ministry leader. This program is online and based on cohort learning in community with others from your district.

ACLD Elder/Governing Board Member Training

This course is designed to assist new and current leaders in an Alliance church setting to become grounded in local church leadership. Students will learn about biblical and pastoral leadership, Alliance church governance, and the theological foundations of the local church. They will also be introduced to the key beliefs and position of the Christian and Missionary Alliance and learn how the local church relates to the broader denominational family. Perfect for newly elected elders, governing board members, and leaders in training.

Built on the foundation that we’re better together, the Next Ministry Conference equips, connects, and encourages youth and children’s ministry leaders to rise as vibrant, Christ-pursuing, next-generation ministry innovators.

ALME

Alliance international workers on the clergy track will be required to complete a minimum of two years in Alliance Licensed Ministry Experience (ALME). During this season of preparation, workers are coached in the key competencies needed for effective cross-cultural ministry.

CETA Spanish Training

A ministry training program for the Spanish Eastern District in the Spanish language. It seeks to develop, and equip people for accredited ministry in the church and in church planting.

Empower is a developmental program in partnership with the Metro District of the C&MA and Alliance Theological Seminary for women to be equipped, inspired, and prepared to grow in ministry. This program provides women with theological training, spiritual formation, and personal development for ministry through mentoring.

This program involves cohort-based discipleship classes based on the life of Christ in Matthew in Spanish (Puerto Rico District).

Academia de Liderazgo de Iglesia – LA VIDA DE CRISTO

Es un curso integral de capacitación para cristianos, basado en la vida de Jesucristo según el Evangelio de Mateo y Hechos de los Apóstoles. Las lecciones son trabajadas por los estudiantes en sus hogares y una vez por semana se reúnen en un grupo pequeño donde, junto al Tutor, comparten y aplican lo aprendido a sus vidas y ministerios.

Alliance New England Residency

This two-year residency is designed to give hands-on, practical ministry experience along with opportunities for spiritual formation and growth. Our goal is to raise up Spirit-dependent, servant leaders who God can use to impact His Kingdom, especially through vocational ministry. Our residency is especially helpful to those who are just exploring their call to ministry or who have a degree in a different field but are now feeling drawn to ministry.

Located in Redding, California, Emerge is a ministry of The Stirring. It involves personalized spiritual formation training to explore, discover, and activate the leader within you.

The Riverside Church residency program, located in Michigan, isn’t about you filling one of our holes, but about us crafting an experience around who you are. We do this through a two-year journey where you’re a valuable part of our team and experience cohort encouragement, significant responsibility, and personal coaching to launch into whatever God has ahead of you.

Located in suburban Wisconsin, you can gain experience in a large church setting while working on your ministry master’s degree.
