Envision: Site Associate for Envision Teams, Interns, Residents, and Development in Taiwan
Help the next generation discover and be equipped to help others recognize, become, and spread the aroma of Christ. We are seeking a single or couple to lead strategic ministry projects in Taiwan through the Aroma Café, the local church, and especially with teams, interns, and residents. This role requires attention to detail while embracing Aroma’s vision, mission, goals, and culture. The site associate will identify, equip, and develop leaders by working with Envision teams, interns, residents, and local partners. They will champion a long-term project—aligned with their skills—to advance site development, multiply impact, and build leadership platforms for sustainable ministry growth.
Position Type
- International worker (IW)–Envision–Vocational Track
- Single or couple
- Business development, community center, urban community development, discipleship, education, ESL/TESOL, theological education, evangelism, leadership development
Responsibilities:
- Cast and implement vision for Envision Taiwan teams, interns, and residents; cultivate the four DNA (hosting, discipleship, real ministry, partnership) within the Taiwan context; empower leaders in the café, church, and local ministries
- Design, coordinate, and evaluate all internship, resident, and short-term missions programs from recruitment to final debrief, ensuring excellence in hosting, training, and mentoring
- Manage inquiries, interviews, scheduling, budgets, and correspondence; maintain timely communication with participants, leadership, and the Envision National Office
- Provide personal support, coaching, and transition assistance for interns and residents, including integration into ministry and local life
- Build partnerships with local organizations; represent Envision at Aroma events, small groups, regional gatherings, and through key ministry connections
Ministry Location Information:
Our ministry works together with the café and church (among other partnerships) to help people smell, become, and spread the Aroma of Christ. We work hard to integrate teams and interns into these structures.

Whole-Life Health
As part of an evangelical denomination, we are committed to biblical holism, which is modeled and reflected through our work. Due to this commitment, part of the required qualifications includes optimal emotional, spiritual, and physical health. These will be assessed during the application process.
Important Clarification
Applicant(s) should be aware that serving in the international world often requires a higher degree of grace and flexibility. For example, overseas teams can be suddenly and unexpectedly impacted by illness, government decisions, financial realities, team changes, or other factors beyond the team’s control. The challenge for applicants is that these factors can sometimes necessitate the sudden redefining of a position, which may take place before, during, or after the application/interview process has begun or is completed.
