Step One: Connect with The Alliance Team
Work with your pastor, district, college rep, the International Placement Office (IPO), or the Candidate Recruitment and Development (CRD) Office to create a personalized pathway that will help you get started on your journey into Alliance Ministry. Begin this process and determine your next steps by filling out the “Called2Serve” form.

Step Two: Bible and Ministry Training
Attend an Alliance college, another Christian college/university, enroll in the Alliance Center for Leadership Development (ACLD)’s School of Ministry program, or a different approved training program.

Step Three: Accreditation
Enter into the official accreditation process that affirms your call and approves you to serve in licensed Alliance ministry.

Step Four: Engage in Ministry
Serve your local Alliance church through a variety of available ministries in areas such as worship, outreach, children and youth, adults, pastoral ministries, and more.
