Decades after Bosnia and Herzegovina’s civil war, ethnic divisions still run deep. Evangelicals are one of the few groups willing to cross ethnic lines to bond with their neighbors. Even so, evangelicals are often viewed with distrust by the majority population.

You have an opportunity to renovate a camp that, for more than 20 years, has served as a welcoming environment for
Alliance international workers to demonstrate Jesus’ love in word and action toward people desperately searching for spiritual truth and hope.

The camp, located in a valley near the region’s most famous natural lake, includes several buildings ravaged by war. Only one of these buildings has been renovated to accommodate campers—and this building can be used only during the
summer. By giving to this project, you will improve and expand camp facilities so they can be used for conferences,
workshops, retreats, and other gospel-advancing events throughout the year.
