Accidental drowning is one of the leading causes of death in this Central Asian country. Its many mountain rivers and irrigation
channels—coupled with extremely hot summers and a lack of swimming and water safety education—result in this country having one of the highest drowning rates in the region.
Through this project, you will join local believers in offering swimming and water safety classes to children and adults, as well as training on water rescues and CPR. As you prevent drowning accidents in this part of Central Asia, you will show this region’s remaining unreached peoples how God loves and cares for them.
