Lay Groundwork for Church Planting Through Medical Care

Project Name: Benevolent Medical Care Senegal

CHALLENGE GOAL: $13,146

Location: Senegal

Alimatou* is a young girl with an uncurable disease. As her parents struggle to care for her, their hearts burn with questions about Jesus. They were shown films about Him when medical workers visited their village to treat Alimatou. Now they can’t wait for the medical workers to return. They still know so little about the gospel.

Through this project—a new undertaking for The Alliance—you will administer life-changing care to patients with disabilities and chronic illnesses in rural communities. The compassionate care shown to these patients will blaze a trail for the gospel to be presented to them and their families and for new churches to spring up in a spiritually desolate region.
