What is EUMAX?
EquippingU Max (EUMAX) is an initiative designed to equip, coach, and network Alliance pastors to maximize the impact of their local church. As leaders of their congregations, pastors must also be learners, and EUMAX courses will provide multifaceted opportunities to grow in both personal life and ministry. The primary learning environments and equipping outlets for EUMAX are an annual summit and monthly cohorts. The program will focus on nine elements essential to a healthy, thriving Alliance church:

What will EUMAX accomplish?

Successful EUMAX implementation will inspire significant paradigm shifts inside of pastors and their local church. Pastors will be equipped to communicate vision and changes to their local congregation, catalyzing the church to grow and reach the greater community for Christ.
