Church of Emmanuel, located in Foxboro, Massachusetts, is seeking a candidate that will commit and contribute to the mission, vision and culture of Emmanuel by giving leadership to the Youth Ministry, Campus & Missions. Requirements Skills: Organized Manager of people and resources, Solution-Side thinking, Mac, Process Developer, Excels in Communication (both written and verbal). Experience: Leadership Development, Teaching, Event and Project Management. Education: College Degree preferred. Gifts: Leadership, Administration, Teaching. Youth Ministry Vision & Team Leadership - 30%: Give leadership to the Youth Ministry. This includes clarifying the vision and strategy, building and equipping a strong team of adult and student leaders, evaluating the health and growth of the ministry. Youth Ministry Discipleship & Operations - 30%: Develop the strategies, environments and processes for youth to discover, grow and flourish in the ministry, empowering them to a lifelong journey of following Jesus. Campus Management - 30%: Manage the stewardship of our campus. This means utilizing maintenance vendors, volunteers, and staff to ensure an organized, clean, well-equipped and effective physical campus, as well as managing the scheduling and usage of that space. Missions - 10%: Alongside the Sr pastor, give supportive leadership to the local and international missions strategy and partnerships. Relationships: • Reports to the Senior Pastor • Serves as a member of the Staff Team, and Church of Emmanuel. • Oversees the Facilites Staff. • Submits to the Elder and Governing Board.
