Role Description: Coordinator for Leadership Development, Global, LOC and Networks PURPOSE/SCOPE: To assist the Field Director, Assistant Field Director and the Communications Department of the Alliance Northwest so that we can serve, model and catalyze the disciple making and sending mandate of the local church. GENERAL EXPECTATIONS 1. To live a life that models being a disciple of Jesus by: • Investing in your relationship with God the Father. • Investing your life with other believers. • Intentionally investing in relationships with those who don’t yet know Jesus. • Living a balanced life with healthy rhythms of work and rest • Consistently and generously giving financially to your local church. • Bringing a courageous and teachable/learning heart to your role on the team. 2. Enthusiastically support the leadership staff and maintain beliefs and practices in unity with the leadership and the Alliance Northwest’s vision and beliefs. OUTCOMES: 1. Assistant to Leadership Development Lead: • Process reimbursements, including mileage • Assist with travel arrangements • Manage calendar • Assist with various projects as needed • Assist with care & correspondence to field and churches • Assist with communication & retreats for networks • Maintain directory and calendar for Missional Networks 2. Support Ministries/LOC • Calendar & support LOC point leader, team, and events • As needed, attend and serve at LOC modules • Maintain & administer worker files & licenses • Gather & provide candidate information at each stage of the process • Walk candidate through LOC process from start to finish • Special projects • Maintain data management (including prayers cards) 3. Assistant to Global Engagement, Discipleship, Next Gen Lead • Process reimbursements, including mileage • Assist with travel arrangements • Assist with various projects as needed • Assist with care & correspondence to field, churches and Global Staff • Maintain National Office database • Assist Global Director with: • Development and maintenance of strategic partnerships • Resourcing of networks • Catalyzing churches for global impact • Documentation & Communication Coordination 4. Administration • Assist with other administrative tasks (I.e. phones) • Assist with other events as needed • Assist with database management (particularly churches) • Manage Car Fleet 5. Staff • Attend daily staff prayer, weekly staff meetings and staff fun days/retreat • All Hands-on Deck Events: Renew and Field Forum RESOURCES • Workspace • Computer RELATIONSHIPS • Reports to Finance & Administration Lead • Serves Leadership Development Lead • Serves Global, Discipleship and Next Gen Lead • Work with the entire Field Team
