Senior Pastor – Foxboro, MA Church of Emmanuel, located south of Boston in Foxboro, Massachusetts is seeking a Senior Pastor who can lead the congregation to greater levels of effectiveness in reaching and serving Foxboro and the surrounding communities with the love of Jesus. We are seeking an approachable and authentic leader who is able to develop and articulate vision and strategy; provide dynamic and engaging teaching; disciple, develop and empower leaders; and provide spiritual leadership and care for the congregation. This position requires a bachelor’s degree in Bible, Pastoral Ministry or other ministry-related field, and an advanced degree in a ministry-related discipline is preferred. A minimum 5 years’ experience as a Senior or Teaching Pastor or equivalent experience in a growing church. Candidates already licensed with the C&MA are preferred; but all candidates must be able to meet licensing and ordination requirements with the C&MA. Church of Emmanuel is a church with a regional draw of over 400, located in Foxboro, MA. A suburban community of about 16,000, Foxboro is located just 20 miles south of Boston. Its proximity to major highways and commuter rail service along with its strong school system makes it a popular choice for commuting families.
